Travel Diaries: London in every season
While I've lived in Bristol which is about 2 hours from London by train or bus, I have tried to get to London at least once every season. For one because there is SO much to do I've never been able to do enough in a short weekend visit, and because I feel like I know the city a bit better when I've been there in all seasons! My first visit to London was in August with my family, then again in November with a friend, then in March twice. So I guess you could say I haven't really seen London in Spring but that's only because March was so unusually cold!
I have loved London since I first went back in August. There is just an endless amount to do and see and I still feel like I haven't done all the big touristy things that I've wanted to. I love that all the museums are free (makes me feel at home because that's like D.C.) and you never run out of historic houses to see. Fun fact: keep an eye out for ornate blue plaques on the fronts of buildings in London to see what historic person lived there!
I would write more about all my individual experiences in London but in this case I think pictures speak louder than words so I'll show you all of the amazing experiences I've had so far in London. Let me know if there's anything you would add to my list of things to do or if you want me to elaborate more on something I did!
